Over 200 Delegates To Attend Hr Conclave To Be Held In City Today | Jaipur News
Jaipur: Vivekananda Global University (VGU) is hosting the “InnoHRvation 2023: Ignite, Inspire, Incubate” conclave and conference, powered by The Times of India, starting this Friday.
Over 200 delegates from companies including TATA, Deloitte, Wipro, E & Y, Bajaj, LTI Mindtree, Fairmont, Bosch, and others are expected to participate.
“InnoHRvation 2023” aims to create a platform for the exchange of knowledge, networking opportunities, and talent display.Dr. K.R. Bagaria, chairman of VGU, said that the objective is to foster collaboration between industry and academia, redefining HR operational paradigms and educational benchmarks.
The press statement mentioned, “The conclave includes Panel Discussions, Fireside Chats, Research Paper Presentations, and Keynote Addresses, designed to engage management professionals, HR experts, and academicians. Over 500 management students are set to participate in the conference.”
The focus is on technology’s role in HR practices, exploring themes such as HR 5.0 – era of digitalization, gamification for employee engagement and learning, and the future of work.
