PM Should Apologise: Congress Demands PM’s Apology for ‘Fasi’ Remark | Jaipur News

Jaipur: Congress leader Anand Sharma on Friday demanded that Prime Minister Narendra Modi should apologise for his ‘fasi’ remark. Sharma said, “In a democracy, political parties fight elections on their ideology, policies, and programmes. But the PM’s calls for death sentence to Congress unacceptable and when he comes next time, he should tender an apology.”
He claimed that the BJP is fighting the elections without a face as the existing face is unacceptable to the party.Sharma said that the promises made before 2014 were not fulfilled, but now the PM is taking responsibility for the MLAs by asking for votes. He said that it is important to understand the difference between the words and actions of the PM. “The Congress has fulfilled what it has said with commitment while BJP termed its promises as jumlas adding that some people work while others survive on publicity.”
“He said that the Opposition leaders against whom the PM and the home minister made serious allegations and action was taken by the agencies, all the allegations ended as soon as they joined the BJP. It is a big political laundry.” tnn
