Pm Will Virtually Flag Off New Vande Bharat Today | Jaipur News
Jaipur: Prime minister Narendra Modi will virtually flag off the inaugural run of the second Vande Bharat Express train of the state, connecting Jodhpur-Ahmedabad (Sabarmati) on Friday.
Governor Kalraj Mishra and chief minister Ashok Gehlot will also join the ceremony through virtual medium. Union minister for Jal Shakti Gajendra Singh Shekhawat and member of parliament Rajendra Gehlot will be present at the inaugural function in Jodhpur, said officials from northwestern railway (NWR).
“On Friday, train number 02487, Jodhpur-Ahmedabad (Sabarmati) Vande Bharat inaugural special train service will depart from Jodhpur at 3:30 pm and reach Sabarmati at 10:40pm. The regular service of this train, which will run six days a week with a break on Tuesday, will start from July 9.
