Poll-Bound State: Pm Modi Will Address Public Meeting On Sept 25 In Jaipur | Jaipur News

Jaipur: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold a ‘Booth Mahasamallen’ in Dadiya panchayat Surajpura, Jaipur on September 25.
The visit will mark the conclusion of the four-phased ‘Parivartan Sankalp Yatra’ (PSY) in the poll-bound state.
Union minister and state election in-charge Prahlad Joshi, state BJP president CP Joshi, Jaipur MP Ramcharan Bohra, election management committee convener Narayan Panchariya and many others have held a Bhoomipujan on Saturday. Joshi said, “The BJP state core committee members, MLAs and MPs of nearby districts will attend the public address, along with booth presidents.”
The state has close to 50,000 booths and every booth-level committee has a minimum of three members. The party has put the first list of candidates on hold till the PM’s visit. “The first list is expected within a week of his visit,” said a senior party leader, who has hinted that he is likely to visit Nagaur in the following weeks before the modal code of conduct to enforced in the state.
The schedule for PM’s visit will be decided by the senior party figures. The leaders are identifying issues that PM can bring up in the meeting. The power outages are an emerging problem in addition to the three other issues of corruption, crime, and appeasement politics.

However, only a few senior and state-level leaders, including Dubbak MLA Raghunandan Rao, have submitted applications so far. Party chief G Kishan Reddy and former chief Bandi Sanjay have not yet filed applications. The party has not decided if they will extend the deadline for filing applications and wants to give an opportunity to everyone, including NRIs and those in public life.
Officials, cops visit site, preps on for PMs visit
Officials and police in Varanasi are finalizing preparations for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit on September 23. The site in Ganjari, where the PM will lay the foundation of an international cricket stadium, was inspected by police officials. The divisional commissioner also reviewed preparations for the Kashi Sansad Sanskritik Mahotsava, which will include a prize distribution ceremony attended by the PM. Additionally, plans for the Sansad Khel Mahotsava, a sports event in October, were discussed.
