Jaipur: The three-day campaign of the Congress at the block level to invite applications from prospective candidates for the assembly polls began on Monday. The party has issued a 10-page form, in which the candidates have to provide information about their caste, sub-state, family backgrounds, details of posts they held in the Congress organisation, and criminal records if any.
