The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has released its fifth list of candidates for the Chhattisgarh Assembly Elections. The list includes the names of 12 candidates. So far, AAP has declared a total of 57 candidates for the elections. The party had previously contested in the 2018 elections but failed to win any seats. Polling for the assembly elections will be held in two phases on November 7 and November 17. The counting of votes is scheduled for December 3.

The party has declared a total of 100 candidates so far for the polls. Raj Gopal Reddy, who had previously joined the BJP, has returned to the Congress party and has been fielded from Munugode. The Congress is aiming to replace the BRS government in the state.
