Raj Cong Leaders Meet Again In Delhi To Finalise State Unit | Jaipur News
JAIPUR: Congress leaders from Rajasthan continued their marathon meeting for the second day in New Delhi on Wednesday to finalise the list of office bearers in the organisation. AICC in-charge S S Randhawa, PCC chief Govind Singh Dotasra and the AICC co-in charges met to finalise the list of remaining appointments in the party’s state organisation.
Randhawa and Dotasra called on Congress president Kharge before they left on Wednesday night. Randhwa will now come to Rajasthan for the two-day Salasar brain storming session of MLAs and defeated MLA candidates which is scheduled on July 1- 2.
Congress leaders Pratap Singh Khachariyawas, Harish Chaudhary, Rameshwar Dudi and others also reached Delhi to lobby for their respective candidates. The meeting with AICC general secretary (organisation) KC Venugopal the previous day had decided to complete the appointments in the next few days before the state leaders’ scheduled meeting with party president Mallikarjun Kharge in the first week of July.
Khachariyawas also called on Congress president Kharge before leaving for Jaipur on Wednesday.
