Raj: Fuel Pumps In Raj To Stop Retailing From October 1 | Jaipur News

JAIPUR: With the government showing no signs of heeding the demands of reducing VAT on petrol and diesel, fuel pump dealers have decided to resume their protest from Friday by switching off the lights at the outlets between 8-10pm.
Rajasthan Petroleum Dealers Association president Rajendra Singh Bhati said they will stop selling auto fuels between 6am and 6pm from October 1.
If the government does not act, they will again go on indefinite strike from October 2. Meanwhile, some of the fuel stations have on Thursday switched off lights at their outlets a day earlier to the association’s call.

Prabhat Pheri will be organized at different levels, and the campaign aims to promote cleanliness awareness. In other news, the Gujarat high court has sought information about the district-level police complaint authority, and a series of programs have been planned to welcome Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy in Visakhapatnam.

Direct flight services from Amritsar to Kullu from October 1
Amritsar will be connected to Kullu and Shimla in Himachal Pradesh with thrice-weekly flights starting from October 1, 2023, and November 1, 2023, respectively. The new air service aims to benefit tourists, business travelers, and residents of Himachal Pradesh by providing easier access to these destinations. Ticket bookings are already available, and half of the seats on the Kullu-Amritsar route will be subsidized. The chief minister of Himachal Pradesh emphasized the government’s commitment to improving air connectivity to boost tourism and economic development in the region.
