Jaipur: Rajasthan Squash Academy players cornered the glory by claiming 11 titles in the finals of different categories of Kundanmal Jain Memorial Rajasthan Squash Championships held here on Sunday. Eighteen titles were at stake. In the men’s singles final, Avalokit Singh defeated Lakshya Gwala 11-2, 12-10, 11-5 while in women’s section Ritwika Singh Bundela overpowered Yashi Jain 11-8, 7-11, 11-5, 11-6 to emerge the winners.
In the boys’ Under-9, Yuvan Verma won the title by defeating Himank Batra 3-1 while Inaya Andrabi claimed the girls’ title outplaying Gauravi Ajmera 3-0. In the boys’ Under-11, Prabhav Bajoria defeated Dharia Gogiya 3-0 to claim the title while Divyanshi Jain wrested the girls’ title downing Shashvi Raman 3-0. In the boys Under-13, Farid Andrabi won the title by defeating Aviral Gupta 3-0 and while Gauri Jaiswal beat Aditri Bhattacharjee 3-0 to win the girls’ crown. In the boys’ Under-15, Subhash Chaudhary emerged the winner by defeating Garvit Kothari 3-0 while girls’ crown was claimed by Chhavi Saran who outplayed Lavanya Sodhani 3-0. Avalokit also wrested the boys’ U-19 title when he defeated Dishant Murjani 3-0. Yashi claimed the girls’ U-19 title beating Priyanka Choudhary 3-0.tnn
