Raj Surpasses Bihar In Graft, Jungle Raj, Says Min Choubey | Jaipur News
Kota: Union minister Ashwani Choubey said on Friday that in the competition between Bihar and Rajasthan over corruption and jungle raj, Rajasthan has defeated Bihar in both fields.
Addressing the media in Kota on the completion of nine years of the Narendra Modi-led central government, the minister of state for environment, forest, consumer affairs, food and public distribution slammed Congress for its boycott of the inaugural ceremony of the new parliament building and said dynasty and nepotism are the biggest enemies of democracy in the country.
Choubey, an MP from Bihar, called upon Rajasthan’s people to end the Congress rule in the state in the upcoming Assembly elections and to elect the Narendra Modi-led central government in next year’s Lok Sabha polls.
“In their visits to foreign countries, they (Congress leaders) defamed India and told lies about the country, but the people of the country are committed to teach them a lesson by electing the Narendra Modi-led strong government in next year’s parliamentary elections,” said Choubey, adding that the people would elect the “Paharedaar’ (custodian) who neither committed corruption nor allowed anyone to do so”. Choubey also alleged that the state’s Congress government was trying to win public favour by claiming the share of food grains sent by the Centre as its own.
