Rajasthan: Coop Banks’ Meet To Be Held In Raj After 18 Years | Jaipur News

Jaipur: Registrar of cooperatives, Meghraj Singh Ratnu, on Monday said that after 18 years the meeting of NAFSCOB (National Federation of State Co-operative Banks) will be held in Rajasthan on Tuesday. The meeting will be attended by senior public representatives from the cooperative sector and top officials of cooperative banks of Rajasthan and other states.
Ratanu said that NAFSCOB was formed by cooperative banks of 33 states to address various issues related to short-term credit institutions. He said that NAFSCOB reports such issues to NABARD, RBI, Government of India etc, and makes efforts for resolving problems faced by cooperatives. He said that in the meeting, model by-laws for primary agriculture cooperative societies (PACS), and other topics will be discussed. TNN
