Rajasthan helpline for people stuck in Turkiye, Syria | Jaipur News
JAIPUR: Rajasthan Foundation, a platform of the state government to connect non-resident Rajasthanis (NRR), has issued helpline numbers for those seeking assistance in the earthquake-hit Turkiye and Syria.
With this, Rajasthan became the second state in the country to open helplines for its residents after Jammu and Kashmir.
As the Indian NDRF team is already reaching these places, Rajasthan Foundation has launched helpline numbers +91 83060 09838, 0141-2229111 and 011-23070807 to assist all the NRRs.
Rajasthan Foundation commissioner Dhiraj Srivastava said, CM Ashok Gehlot has always been sensitive to the needs of our Pravasi community and especially during crisis situations, the government takes measures to make sure that affected Rajasthanis are helped.” The foundation is also actively posting on social media. According to the officials, after receiving a request, teams working on the project will share it with with ministry of external affairs and embassies concerned. .
