Rajasthan Ministerial Employees Federation: Ministerial Employees To Shun Govt’s Inflation Relief Camps | Jaipur News

Jaipur: Employees under Rajasthan Ministerial Employees’ Federation, who have been on mass leave since April 10, have decided to boycott the state government’s ‘mehngai rahat camps,’ scheduled to begin on April 24, said the federation’s president Raj Singh Choudhury.
The ministerial employees started a mahapadav on Shipra Path in Mansarovar for an indefinite period from Monday over the delay in fulfilment of their demands. Around 70,000 ministerial employees of 50 government departments are on mass leave, and about 20,000 employees were present at the mahapdav on Wednesday.
“We have not received any invitation from the government for a dialogue yet. The mahapadao will continue till the government takes a decision on our demands. We have boycotted all work related to flagship schemes of the government.
The ‘Mehngai Raahat Camps’ will also be boycotted by us ministerial employees,” said Choudhury.
“Because of the statewide mass leave, the work at the offices of the revenue board, commercial taxes, registration stamp, logistics, and RTO has been affected. The government’s important schemes like Chiranjeevi health insurance scheme and RGHS have also come to a complete standstill,” added Choudhury.
