rajasthan: Rajasthan advisory to stop mobile game fixation | Jaipur News

The advisory, originally drafted by the central government, has been forwarded by the state government to all the district headquarters. The Rajasthan Council of School Education on Saturday suggested technical points which are helpful in monitoring activities of children addicted to online gaming.
Parents and teachers have been advised to use parental control of software for online gaming and to report it to the authorities if there is anything objectionable. Parents have been asked not to let children download any link or game from unknown places.
There have been many cases of identity theft on the Internet and therefore hence, parents have been suggested to make a ‘screen name’ instead of their original name.
An official from Rajasthan Council of School Education said, “There have been many cases in which children have to take psychiatric help due to their addiction. Hence, when the Centre issued the guidelines, we forwarded it to the district officials to be implemented in state.”
It’s been nearly two years children have been staying at home without any access to extra-circular activities, thus putting in hours in playing online games.
