Jaipur: Rashtriya Seva Sangam 2023, a three-day mega conclave of Rashtriya Seva Bharti (RSB), an active organisation of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), started at Keshav Vidyapeeth at Jamdoli on the outskirts of Jaipur on Thursday.
RSS Sar Sanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat will inaugurate the event on Friday. He would reach Jaipur on Thursday night. Piramal Group chairman Ajay Piramal is also attending in the Sangam, said the organisers.
Over 3,000 volunteers from more than 800 service organisations working in the social sector across the country are participating in the event, which is being organised by RSB every five years. The first two Seva Sangams were organised in Bangalore and Delhi in 2010 2015 respectively.
“The aim of this great convention is to build a harmonious, capable, self-reliant society,” said RSB general secretary Renu Pathak.
