Rbse Class 5: 97% Pass, Girls Pip Boys | Jaipur News
Jaipur: In the Class 5 results of Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE), 97.30% students passed the examination, the results of which were released by education minister BD Kalla on Thursday.
The result this year is higher than last year when it was 95.37%.
Total of 14,68,130 candidates appeared in this examination in the state, in which 7,67,357 boys and 7,00,772 girls had registered. The maximum number of candidates at 1,28,687 appeared in the examination from Jaipur district while the minimum number of candidates at 19,131 appeared from Jaisalmer district.
Out of total appeared candidates, 2,71,679 candidates got A grade, then 7,77,769 candidates got B grade, 3,68,817 for C grade, 10,288 examinees obtained D grade and 37,092 examinees have got supplementary.
The results of 2485 candidates have been withheld due to various reasons, which will be released later. There is no provision for failure in this examination. Therefore, the candidates declared supplementary will be promoted to the next class after the supplementary examination, said officials.
After releasing the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education Class 5 results, Kalla congratulated the students and said that girls have topped in this examination results as well like Class 10 and Class 12.
After releasing the results, the education minister spoke to two Class V students on the phone and wished them a bright future.
