Red Diary: Pm Misleading Public With ‘red Diary’: Rlp Chief | Jaipur News

Jaipur: Rashtriya Loktantrik Party (RLP) chief Hanuman Beniwal on Saturday criticised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recent comment on the ‘red diary’ and accused him of focusing on unauthentic issues rather than on development projects like Eastern Rajasthan Canal Project (ERCP).

Beniwal said both the parties are trying to divert people and mislead them in the name of the diary. He said, “The red diary matter is jointly raised by Congress and BJP. The PM spoke on the red diary, what authenticity does it have? Anyone can come-up with a diary, red or blue diary, that doesn’t make it authentic. What is there in the diary needs to be probed, and if it happened, there will also be names of BJP leaders.”
He continued, “If there is such a diary and there are names in it, a probe should have been conducted. When CM Ashok Gehlot stated that the government would not have been saved had Vasundhara Raje not been there – it clearly shows they are united.”

Beniwal claimed the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) had approached RLP for support in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, but he declined the offer.
