Reshuffle Of PHED Engrs: Reshuffle Of Phed Engrs Expected | Jaipur News

Jaipur: Once the new government is formed, a major shuffle in the ranks of the Public Health Engineering Department (PHED) engineers is expected. Plagued with corruption and raids by the Enforcement Department (ED) officials, for years several senior engineers of the department are holding multiple posts.
“Although the Congress government had increased the number of sanctioned posts, it did not implement the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC).It means no engineers were promoted this year. We hope that the new government will implement the DPC soon,” said Bhawnesh Kuldeep, president of Rajasthan State Engineering Services Association.
A section of PHED officials said that even if the new government does not implement the DPC soon, it should at least consider a shuffle in different ranks.
