Road Accident: 3 Killed, 2 Injured In Balotra Road Accident | Jaipur News

Jaisalmer: Three men were killed and two were injured in a road accident on Nagana-Kalyanpur road under Mandali police station of Balotra district on Monday when a dumper hit their car while they were going to participate in the nomination rally of BJPcandidate Arun Amra Ram Choudhary from Pachpadra seat. On receiving the information, Mandali police reached the spot.
Balotra S.P. Harishankar said, the five passengers, all residents of Mulji Ki Dhani village of the district, were travelling in a car on Monday morning to attend the rally. A dumper filled with gravel hit the car from the front on the Nagana-Kalyanpur road.
After the accident, people passing by called for a 108 ambulance, which took the injured to Kalyanpur CHC Hospital.
Harishankar said that the deceased were identified as Bhikharam (55), Bastiram (45), and Lal Singh (62), who died during treatment. The two seriously injured were referred to Jodhpur after first aid. Meanwhile, the dumper driver fled from the spot.
The bodies of the deceased have been kept in the mortuary of Kalyanpur Hospital. The damaged car and dumper have been seized. TNN
