Road Accident: Four Suspended After Man Killed In Road Accident | Jaipur News

Jaisalmer: Three policemen and the PHED worker were suspended a day after they were involved in an incident, leading to the death of a young man near Dhoba village, 50 km from Jasialmer city.
On Monday night, deceased Prithvi Singh (30), a resident of Ratdia Ki Dhani in Dhoba village within the jurisdiction of Khudi police station, was returning home from his fields on his motorcycle when a speeding jeep hit his bike, resulting in his immediate demise.
The jeep carried three policemen identified as Chainaram, Jeevnaram, and Shambhudan, with PHED personnel Taneram at the wheel.
Gopal Singh, the deceased’s brother, arrived at the scene to find that the police jawans, under the influence of alcohol, could not escape.
Superintendent of police Vikas Sangwan assured that the incident would be treated as an accident, and an investigation would be initiated based on the family’s report.
Medical examinations were conducted on all individuals involved, and the case was handed over to the deputy duperintendent of police for investigation.

Four die, three hurt in Muz road accident
Four people were killed and three others injured in a road accident on NH-28 in Muzaffarpur district, Bihar. The accident occurred when a bus collided with an autorickshaw. The deceased were identified as residents of Sujawalpur village. The injured have been admitted to Sadar Hospital. The police arrived at the scene and rescued the passengers, while the bus was seized. The tourists in the bus, who were members of the Jain community traveling to Nepal, were unharmed and provided alternate transportation.
