Station master found dead in his house in Jodhpur | Jaipur News
JAISALMER: The body of the station master of Gadra railway station in Barmer district was recovered in his house. Police said the body is said to be 2-3 days old.
Gadra Road SHO Babulal Vishnoi said Girdhari Prasad, originally from Bihar who was residing in Ashapurna Colony in Jodhpur, took charge as the station master on January 27. He went on leave for two days from February 8.
For the last 2-3 days, people had not seen Prasad in his house. Gadra railway officer Jogaram and others went to Prasad’s house and found it locked from inside. They informed police, who found the body lying on a bed, said an officer.
