Scholarship: Min Launches Portal To Submit Applications For Scholarship | Jaipur News

Jaipur: Social justice and empowerment minister Tikaram Jully on Friday inaugurated the portal for online submission of applications for the 2023-24 academic session of the post-matric scholarship scheme.
He said new registrations by educational institutions, recognition of previously registered institutions and updating of course-wise fee structure will be done up to October 31. Meanwhile, online registrations and submission of applications by students will be done from September 15 to November 07.
The applicants can apply online by entering the website – www.sjmsnew.rajasthan.gov.in/SCHOLARSHIP or mobile app SJED applications. He said original residents of Rajasthan; students belonging to SC/STs, special group scheme (formerly Special Backward Classes); Other Backward Classes/Economic Backward Classes; denotified, nomadic and semi-nomadic tribes; Mirasi and Bhisti community can apply for the scheme.
The minister said, for the session 2023-24, students’ applications can be filled through face recognition or Aadhaar biometric on the portal. TNN
