Sneha Bharti, a resident of Godda district in Jharkhand, tragically passed away on Friday evening due to complications arising from scrub typhus during her treatment at a private hospital. A 12th-grade dropper, Bharti, had been preparing for the IIT-JEE exams while residing in a PG room in Talwandi, Kota. Her health took a turn for the worse earlier this week. Sneha’s condition deteriorated, ultimately leading to her demise on Friday evening, attributed to multiple organ failure caused by scrub typhus.
The Kota district administration, led by District Collector OP Bunkar, held an emergency meeting on Saturday in response to the escalating health crisis.
