Jaipur: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, who is campaigning for the assembly elections in Karnataka, targeted the BJP government at the Centre. He said BJP’s only work was to topple elected governments. “They toppled governments in Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka and Maharashtra. Rajasthan is the only state where their agenda failed,” Gehlot said.
During an interaction with the media in Bengaluru on Monday, Gehlot also spoke on the ongoing controversy regarding Sachin Pilot. He said minor differences keep happening in all the parties. “They will be resolved. BJP is a divided hosue in Rajasthan. Congress is united in Karnataka and is going to be form the government with full majority,” he added.
Gehlot said in 2013, the BJP and RSS got Anna Hazare and Arvind Kejriwal to organise an agitation. “At that time a conspiracy was hatched to defame the UPA government. Even till date, the 2G spectrum and Coalgate scams have not been proven,” he added. Gehlot said BJP and PM Modi have failed to fulfill the promises they had made.
