State Government: Employees’ Unions Threaten Stir Over Non-execution Of Demands | Jaipur News

Jaipur: All Rajasthan State Government Employees Federation has threatened agitation if their 15-point demands were not addressed by the government. They alleged that the government had not yet implemented various agreements with the employees’ unions and budget announcements till now.
Addressing a press conference here on Monday state president Aayudhan Singh Kavya said the government is not discussing with the employees unions on the written agreements and there is discontentment among the employees. He said the image of the government employees being friendly has come under the scanner with the bureaucracy dominating the government.
He alleged that the government in the name of the merger has been reducing the number of vacancies. He alleged that the regularisation of contract employees has also been fulfilled though a law was made for the same.
The major demands include minimum wages fixed at Rs 26, 000, execute agreement with employees’ union, regularise contractual and temporary employees, sanction the DA during the period of January 2019 and June 2021, ministerial employee’s salary and allowance be made equal to secretarial employees.
