Jaisalmer: The state government has directed to speed up the construction work of the refinery at Pachpadra in Barmer district. District collector Lok Bandhu on Saturday reached the refinery and inspected the ongoing construction work and held a meeting with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) officers. He asked officers to get each work completed as per the prescribed time limit to start the refinery on time.
He said that around 40 to 50% work of the refinery has been completed and the rest will also be completed within the given time. He also asked to complete the works related to education, environment and health sector. tnn
