Sushil Gurjar: Sushil Gurjar Case: Hc Seeks Details | Jaipur News

Jaipur: The Rajasthan high court on Monday sought the diary of the case in which three people, including JMC-Heritage mayor Munesh Gurjar’s husband Sushil Gurjar, were arrested by ACB for allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 2 lakh in exchange of issuing a land deed to a person. The HC sought the case diary while hearing Sushil Gurjar’s bail application.
Arguing on behalf of Sushil Gurjar, his counsel Deepak Chauhan said the complainant in this case has no direct land patta (land registration paper). “He himself was charging money from various applicants and had no application for himself pending for a land deed. There is also no direct mention of Sushil Gurjar’s name in the transcript of the telephonic conversation, and yet he has been dragged into this case,” Chauhan told the court.
Justice Vinod Kumar Bharvani asked ACB to appear before the court with the case diary in a week.
