Re-Examine: Re-examine Disputed Questions, Answers Of Teachers’ Exam: Hc | Jaipur News

Jaipur: A single bench of Rajasthan High Court on Tuesday has instructed the expert committee to re-examine the disputed questions and answers of Teacher Grade 3 Level-1 Recruitment-2023 examination. The court asked the committee to investigate the disputed questions within 15 days on the basis of the books of the education board and NCERT and submit a report.
The bench comprising Justice Sudesh Bansal gave this interim order while hearing the petitions of Nidhi Chaudhary and others. In the petition, advocate Vigyan Shah and advocate Rampratap Saini told the court that Rajasthan Staff Selection Board has issued advertisement for 21,000 post of Teacher Grade 3 Level -1 examination. “After the written examination, the board released the preliminary answer key and sought objections. The answers of the petitioners in this answer key were correct. The board formed an expert committee in the matter and deleted answers of about 22 questions and changed the answers a released the final answer key. With this final answer key, the petitioner was out of selection process. So, we contended in the court that the minimum qualification of the candidates for recruitment was 12th with diploma. However, for the final answer key the expert committee used post-graduation level books and books of private publishers for the answers instead of considering the books of the state government and recognized institutions as the basis of these answers. In such a situation, the report presented by the committee is not correct,” Shah said.
“Hence, the committee should be instructed to re-examine the disputed questions on the basis of NCERT and Board books,” Saini said.
