In Pak To Meet Fb Friend, Alwar Woman Says Will Be Home Soon | Jaipur News

Anju, who reached Pakistan on July 21, released a video asking the media and others to refrain from cooking up stories. She said she travelled to Pakistan legally, and would come back soon.
Kumar and his family members have been unable to sleep properly since Sunday night, as they have been busy answering queries from people, media and police.
“Yes, she went without informing me properly. But, she is my wife and the mother of my children. This issue can’t create differences between us and I will welcome her on her return. I will also urge Prime Minister Narendra Modi to ensure my wife returns home safely,” Arvind told TOI.
TOI also managed to speak to Anju. “I am safe and have come here with valid papers. I will answer all the queries when I return. Please don’t hassle my family. I have come here just to meet a friend and people are giving it a wrong twist,” she said.
Anju sent a video to her husband in which she said she was safe in Pakistan. She also made a phone call to him late Sunday evening, which he recorded and handed over to police. She asked Arvind to keep all her documents safely in the almirah and not hand them over to anyone.
