Yogi Attacks Cong: Yogi Attacks Cong At Rallies, Invites Raj People To Ram Temple Unveiling | Jaipur News

Jaipur/Alwar: Continuing his attack on the Ashok Gehlot-led Congress government, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday said that it worked to send Rajasthan to the top in crime against women, corruption, cow smuggling and social unrest instead of focussing on creating employment opportunities, tourism and infrastructural development.
Addressing rallies in Alwar and Jaipur, Yogi invited the people of Rajasthan to come to Ayodhya in January 2024 for the inauguration of the Ram temple there and reminded people that BJP kept its promise of constructing a Ram temple at Ayodhya.
“Rajasthan has been a land of devotion and patriotism where people like Maharana Pratrap, Prithviraj Chauhan and Maharaja Surajmal are revered,” said Yogi, urging people to chant ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ and ‘Jai Shri Ram’, at a rally in support of former state BJP president Satish Poonia at Daulatpura under Amber constituency.
Yogi appreciated former Vice-President of India and former Rajasthan chief minister Bhairon Singh Shekhawat and former chief minister Vasundhara Raje and their tenures in the state. “Bharion Singhji is responsible for the all-round development in Rajasthan, and he managed to give the state recognition in the country. Taking it forward, former chief minister Vasundhara Raje took the welfare schemes of the state government to the hamlet levels,” said Yogi.
“We should all think of what happened in the last five years. What happened here due to which the state occupied the top stop in crime against women, cow smuggling, cybercrime and social unrest rather than seeing development, rise in tourism, and good employment opportunities? I have come here to appeal to you to vote for BJP to make Rajasthan a developed and safe state,” added Yogi.
Speaking about the Ram temple in Ayodhya, Yogi said, “Congress kept on asserting that there was no existence of Lord Rama and Lord Krishna, but BJP kept asserting ‘Kasam Ram ki khate hain, mandir wahin banayenge’. I must invite all of you to visit the Ram temple (in Ayodhya). I hope you will send Satish Poonia to the assembly, and he will book a train in advance for all of you on December 3 so that you travel to Ayodhya on January 22.”
Yogi also addressed rallies at Lalsoth, Ramgarh, Baroda Meo and Sikari and continued attacking Congress on the issues of corruption, cow smuggling and Muslim appeasement. “I have seen that Congress works to safeguard the rights and interests of a particular community and take no action against cow smugglers,” he said.
