JAIPUR: The principal and controller of Kota Medical College, Dr Vijay Sardana, has directed hospitals attached with it not to wait till patients’ admission formalities are completed before starting treatment in medical emergency situations.
“Admission formalities can continue, but it should not result in delay in their treatment. Emergency patients should not be kept waiting for completion of admission formalities,” said Dr Sardana. He also directed the nursing staff to begin treatment soon after patients arrive in emergency.
