Triple Murder Case: Triple murder case: Hunt for suspect underway in 3 states | Jaipur News
Jaipur: City police teams are currently stationed in Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Bihar as part of an extensive effort to arrest Shiv Pratap Tomar, the prime suspect in the murder of a 23-year-old woman and her two children in the Jhalana area just two days ago. While the manhunt spans across different cities, investigators are also looking into Tomar’s digital footprint.The police officer said they were examining Tomar’s social media accounts to trace his last known location.
Describing the accused as a cunning criminal, an officer said, “The suspect fled the city mere hours after committing the heinous act of killing Suman and her two children over a trivial reason.”
It is believed that Tomar harboured resentment stemming from disputes related to pottery, such as disagreements over throwing wastewater onto roads, etc.
“Approximately two months ago, a scuffle escalated quickly wherein Suman had directed invectives towards his mother. Despite Tomar usually avoiding conflicts and remaining quiet, he allegedly plotted a conspiracy over the past two months,” said an official.
Subsequently, on Wednesday afternoon, around 12.30 pm, he purchased a knife from Satkar Shopping Centre and returned home.
