UDAIPUR: The Lasadiya police on Monday arrested the man accused of raping his daughter from the jungle in Ghassa area in the district. He had been absconding since a complaint was filed against him.
His wife and daughter had lodged the complaint at Lasadia police station on Saturday. In the past, the accused spent eight months in jail on molestation charges.
According to Vijender Singh, SHO Lasadiya, the accused raped his minor daughter. The girl in her complaint accused that he had been raping for almost a year.
The accused fled from the village after knowing that a complaint had been registered.
