The legendary Mollywood actor Mohanlal is brilliantly shifting his title from a ‘Complete actor’ to a ‘Complete filmmaker’ as he is donning the cap of a director for his maiden directorial venture ‘Barroz: Guardian of D’Gama’s Treasure’. Recently a BTS video from the movie shooting location where the legendary actor turned director is seen filming a pivotal sequence from ‘Barroz’ is making rounds on social media.

The BTS video is shared by a Mohanlal Twitter fans forum and is creating a huge buzz on social media as the fans are really excited at watching a glimpse of their favorite superstar directing a movie that comes under the label of fantasy.

Previously, the actor Innocent, after visiting the sets of ‘Barroz’, said to an online media channel that he was mindblown after watching some of the 3D sequences from the film and also added that the film will really make the audience in awe.

Helmed by Mohanlal, the script of ‘Barroz: Guardian of D’Gama’s Treasure is penned down by ‘My Dear Kuttichathan’ fame Jijo Punnoose. The veteran filmmaker Santosh Sivan is in charge of the cinematography of Mohanlal’s maiden directorial venture.

‘Barroz’ has previously gone through reshoots, resulting in major cast changes. As per the reports, Prithviraj Sukumaran, who was supposed to play a pivotal role in the film, backed from the project due to date clashes.

‘Barroz: Guardian of D’Gama’s Treasure’ features several foreign actors such as Paz Vega, Rafael Amargo, Cesar Lorente Raton, Padro Figueiredo . Indian actors Guru Somasundaram, Jayachandran Palazy, and Anand Moonakutty will be reportedly playing pivotal roles in the film.
