Jaipur: PM Narendra Modi is set to give a public address in the poll-bound state in the Baytoo assembly segment on November 15 to reach out to the border districts of Barmer and Jaisalmer.
It is PM Modi’s second public address after the final list of nominations was released on November 9. The official program of PM Modihas yet to reach the state BJP.“In therally, party candidates from nearby districts will share the dais,” said the leader, who has chalked out the plan and shared it with the PMO.
The next visit, which is also likely, is a 9-kilometre roadshow in Jaipur’s three constituencies (Hawamahal, Kishanpole, and Aadarsh Nagar) on November 22. The BJP hopes the roadshow will turn the tables in favour of the party’s candidates, who are facing tough competition from the Congress candidates.
The party is planning a similar roadshow in Jodhpur on November 23. Both roadshows will be seen as Modi’s showstoppers.
Between November 15 and 22, PM Modi is likely to make one or two more visits to the state. TNN
