World Cup: Icai Opens Its Doors To New Partners | Jaipur News

Jaipur: Keeping in view the global competition and new opportunities, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has opened its doors for professionals from other sectors. Earlier, only chartered accountants were its partners, but now the institute has allowed for multi-disciplinary professionals, company secretaries, cost accountants and even engineers to be its partners.
Prakash Sharma, member central council, ICAI, said “This will help our practicing firms to expand the nature of work they are doing.”
Sharma also said that currently there is no prescribed format for companies like partnership forms. “Now the institute has come up with guidelines for these companies,” added Sharma.
