Dausa: Man Dies As Bike Falls Into Uncovered Well | Jaipur News
Jaipur: Three friends returning from a marriage ceremony on a bike late Wednesday night fell into a well at Jhampda village in Dausa district. One of them died of injuries while the two others are undergoing treatment at hospital.
Locals alleged that the well had been constructed near the road and left uncovered. They said they had complained to government authorities in the past but no action was taken.
According to the police, the incident took place at 11.45pm. “It was dark and suddenly at a curve the driver of the bike lost control. The three friends fell along with the bike into the well. They cried for help and locals intimated us,” said a police officer of Jhampda police station on Thursday. Police reached and pulled out the three friends. TNN
