4 Held With Fake Notes Worth ₹2l | Jaipur News
Jaipur: The Jaipur police on Tuesday arrested four persons with fake Indian currency notes (FICNs) of over Rs 2 lakh in Karni Vihar. The Karni Vihar police station identified the accused as Rakesh Kumar, Dhanna Ram, Satveer Singh and Ajay Singh.
Police said that Satveer was earlier also arrested for his alleged involvement in the Rajasthan police constable exam paper leak case.
They said that Rs 2.93 lakh FICNs in total were recovered from the accused during search operation.
“Preliminary investigation has revealed that Satveer had procured these fake currency notes from Ajay,” said an official.
Police said that the gang was planning to circulate FICNs in the market. tnn
