Election Commission: Ec Launches Apps For Voters, Candidates | Jaipur News

Jaipur: Ahead of the Assembly elections, the Election Commission has launched a few mobile and web applications for convenience of the electors and candidates.
According to information shared by the state’s election department, the Suvidha candidate app would allow candidates to check the status of their nominations and permissions request filed. “The candidate gets to know on a real time basis whether their applications have been rejected or accepted,” it stated. The Suvidha portal also allows the contesting candidates to apply for required permissions like vehicles, rallies, loudspeakers etc. online. On the other hand, Saksham app is a tool to facilitate Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) with election-related services. tnn
