‘Animal’ day 4 advance booking: Ranbir Kapoor starrer scores Rs 11 crore | Hindi Movie News
Ranbir Kapoor has set the box office on fire with his fiery performance in ‘Animal’. The actor has got everyone talking with his never-before-seen avatar and curious fans are thronging theatres to witness the same.
The box office figures of this crime drama are humongous. After scoring Rs 63.8 crore on its opening day, ‘Animal’ went on to mint Rs 66.27 crore on Saturday and Rs 72.50 crore on Sunday.The film has already made Rs 202.57 crore in three days. And Monday looks promising as well. According to sacnilk, ‘Animal’ has made around Rs 11 crore in advance booking for day four.
Beyond Ranbir Kapoor’s act, Bobby Deol is also winning a lot of praise for his ultimate antagonist character. His 15 minute role has also captured the hearts of the audience. Speaking about his role of antagonist Abrar Haque, Bobby had shared, “There’s good and evil in every human being and what gets the evil out of you is some situation. As an actor, you think as a character. ‘I’m doing nothing wrong, I’m right in whatever I do’. You forget how to judge what is right and wrong. I was not put into a situation where I was not convinced or had to be convinced or felt awkward. I felt Abrar, the kind of savage and evil he is, I had to play it that way.”
Apart from Ranbir Kapoor and Bobby Deol, ‘Animal’ also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Triptii Dimri, Shakti Kapoor, Suresh Oberoi and Prem Chopra. This crime drama released alongside Vicky Kaushal starrer ‘Sam Bahadur’.
