Ashok Gehlot: 6 Held For Posting ‘vulgar Songs’ Against Cm | Jaipur News
Jaipur: Six people were arrested in various parts of the state on Monday for allegedly using indecent language against CM Ashok Gehlot on social media platforms. The arrests followed the surfacing of folk songs containing vulgar and abusive language against the CM on various social media platforms.
On Sunday, a video containing indecent language and abuses in a folk song was released on YouTube. It was made viral on other social media outlets. Police registered three different FIRs at Sodala police station in Jaipur, Nangal Rajawatan in Dausa, and Choth Ka Barwada in Sawai Madhopur. The police headquarters had asked the SPs of the three districts to make the arrests. The arrested were identified as Vikram Meena, Vishram Meena, Chattar Meena, Vishraam Meena and Manraj Meena and Dilkhush Meena.
