Bajra Institute, Foundation Stone, Research, Barmer District, Central Government Funds: V-p To Lay Foundation Of Bajra Institute |
Jaisalmer: Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar, Union agriculture and farmer welfare minister Narendra Tomar, and Union jal shakti minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat will lay the foundation stone for a national-level bajra research institute at Gudamalani in Barmer district on September 27. The institute will come up on 40 bighas of land and will be built at a cost of Rs 250 crore from Central government funds. Union minister of state for agriculture and MP from Barmer, Kailash Choudhary, said he made special efforts for this institute. tnn

Public health and engineering department minister Mahesh Joshi has laid the foundation stone for three water supply schemes in Jaipur, worth Rs 130 crore. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has released their second list of candidates for the upcoming elections in Madhya Pradesh. The list includes Union ministers Narendra Singh Tomar, Faggan Singh Kulaste, and Prahlad Singh Patel, as well as national general secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya and party MP Rakesh Singh. With this list, the BJP has now named candidates for 78 out of the 230 assembly seats. The elections are expected to take place in November or December.

PM Modi lays foundation stone of international cricket stadium in Varanasi
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has laid the foundation stone for an international cricket stadium in Varanasi, his parliamentary constituency. The stadium, which will have a capacity of 30,000, is set to be completed by December 2025 and will be the third international cricket stadium in Uttar Pradesh. The design of the stadium will incorporate elements of the city’s culture, such as a roof shaped like a crescent, floodlights resembling a trident, and structures shaped like a damru, a hand percussion instrument associated with Lord Shiva. The project is expected to benefit local sports development and the economy.
