Bjp Leaders At Wits’ End Over Two Events | Jaipur News

Jaipur: BJP leaders are at their wits’ end to make two programmes—PM Narendra Modi’s public address in Sikar on June 27 and the statewide protest march on August 1 in Jaipur—a big success. The core committee members and the state executive members are working overtime to gather a crowd of more than 1 lakh people in each of the two programmes to avoid any embarrassing situation.

Party state president C P Joshi changed the display picture of his social media accounts with a banner reading ‘Jaipur Chalo’. Leader of opposition Rajendra Rathore at a press conference in Jhunjhunu on Tuesday said, “We are targeting around 1 lakh people to gather from Sikar and nearby areas from Jhunjhunu to attend PM’s address in Sikar. Also, at our Nahi Sahega Rajasthan program in Jaipur on August 1, people from Shekhawati will come in large numbers.”
Deputy leader of Opposition Satish Poonia stated that PM’s rallies in the state are setting the tone for elections. “PM’s rally in Sikar will guide the party workers of the course of action they have to follow till the BJP government is formed,” said Poonia in a video statement released on Tuesday.
