BJP MP Kirori Lal Meena blames Jaipur’s SMS hospital for poor care, leaves for Delhi | Jaipur News
JAIPUR: BJP Rajya Sabha MP Dr Kirori Lal Meena, who was undergoing treatment at SMS Hospital here for the past five days, left for Delhi on Tuesday claiming that poor treatment in the government facility had led to deterioration of his health.
Talking to reporters at SMS Hospital before leaving for Delhi, Meena said, “There is no improvement in my health. For a long time, I have been demanding to send me to a higher centre. The hospital management said that if I gave it in writing, they would allow me to leave. Today, I wrote to the chairman that my left hand and left leg have become weak and I constantly feel dizzy. I am leaving the hospital to save my life.”
He accused the Gehlot government of putting pressure on doctors to not treat him as per protocol. “The doctors are under pressure from the government. They were negligent in the treatment of my cervical problem, due to which my spinal cord has swollen,” Meena alleged.
I will continue to do such terror, says Kirori Lal Meena
Reacting to UDH minister Shanti Dhariwal’s statement calling him a terrorist, Meena said, “I have been fighting for the poor. If this is terror for the Gehlot government, then I will continue to do such terror. I informed the state party chief. ”
Reacting to BJP’s in-structions that permission be obtained from the party before starting any protest/demonstration, Meena said he had already informed party state president Satish Poonia and party state in-charge Arun Singh and he would continue his protest against paper leaks and for justice for the three Pulwama widows.
