Jaipur:State Social Welfare Board chairperson, Archana Sharma on Sunday said that as citizens of Rajasthan, BJP leaders have a responsibility not to tarnish the state’s image with false allegations. She criticized the comparing of Rajasthan with Manipur as petty politics.
“Manipur has been experiencing state-sponsored ethnic violence for 80 days. There have been incidents of looting weapons from police stations, open disrespect for women’s dignity, and heightened caste tensions. Law and order in Manipur has collapsed, but no BJP leader from the center has spoken about it for 77 days. Even the Governor of Manipur has reported the situation there,” she said.
