Suspecting Infidelity, Man Kills Wife |

Kota: A 29-year-old woman was strangled to death by her husband on suspicion of infidelity in Kota district’s Kaithun town on Saturday late night. The crime came to light Sunday morning and the body was handed over to family members after post-mortem on Monday morning.
The deceased, identified as Meena Thakur (29), was a native of Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh). She was married to Kanhaiya Lal Malav of Kaithun. The couple have a daughter aged seven and a four-year-old son.
SHO Kaithun Hari Singh Meena said that on Saturday night when Kanhaiyalal returned from work, he found his wife speaking to someone on the phone. He strangled her in a fit of rage. He then slept on the same bed where he laid the body. Next morning, he informed his brother about the crime, who reported the matter to the police.
