Cm Extends Deadline Till Sept 30 To Get Land Leases | Jaipur News

JAIPUR: Chief minister Ashok Gehlot on Thursday approved a deadline extension for exemptions under Prashasan Sahro Ke Sangh campaign till September 30, where residents can get land leases for their properties.
Under the campaign residents can avail exemptions on stamp duty, freehold lease, depositing the remaining lease amount for lease release certificate, interest rates.
Residents can also get freehold lease at a premium rate of Rs 5 per square meter for houses built on agricultural land up to 300 square meters in villages located under teh jurisdiction of a municipal corporation, provided they deposit lease amount for ten years in lumpsum.
This will only be for houses that were built before December 31, 2013.
Along with this, 300 square meter plots situated on agricultural land in the municipal councils, which are at present scattered plots near the old population area and were used before May 2, 2012.
Residents can apply for freehold leases for such properties too by depositing Rs 501 lumpsum and fixed premium amount for 10 years.
