Crime Branch: Crime Branch Nabs Thieves Of Bikes, Laptops | Jaipur News

Jaipur: The crime branch of the Jaipur police conducted multiple raids across the city on Thursday and arrested three suspects in two separate operations.
In the first case, the crime branch team arrested two individuals from Shivdaspura police station area. The team recovered two laptops that the accused had stolen a few days ago. The arrested men are currently under investigation for their involvement in a series of thefts in various parts of the city.
In the second case, the crime branch teams arrested Ram Lal and seized two stolen bikes.Additionally, a minor who acted as an accomplice to the accused was detained by the police. Authorities stated that a special team of the city police had been monitoring different suspects engaged in bike and laptop thefts.

A probe into a child trafficking case has led to the identification of eight children allegedly sold by the gang. Five people, including a 63-year-old woman acting as a tout, have been arrested. The police have identified all the kids sold by the gang and revealed that the gang has been running the racket for over five years, potentially selling over 20 kids. However, the police now face the challenge of disturbing the emotional well-being of the settled children and their adoptive parents if they take them away.
Two suspects working for Pakistan’s ISI arrested by UPATS
The Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorist Squad (UPATS) arrested Amrit Gill, an auto driver who provided information to the Pakistani ISI, and received financial assistance from Pakistani handlers. Gill shared sensitive information about the Indian Army with the intelligence agency. UPATS is investigating the bank accounts operated by Gill and the money transferred to identify other individuals associated with ISI. Another accused, Izharul, currently in Bihar’s Bettiah jail, will be brought to Lucknow for interrogation about terror funding and other individuals in the network.
