Driver Killed: Driver Killed in Tractor-Truck Collision in Dholpur Jaipur | Jaipur News
Jaipur: A man driving a sand-laden tractor died on the spot when a truck collided with the tractor so forcefully that it was split into two, early Wednesday morning on NH 123 in Sampu police station area of Dholpur.
The truck driver and his helper also sustained serious injuries when the truck overturned. A large crowd gathered at the scene and police arrived at the scene and people informed the Sampu Thana police about the incident.“Prima facia it appears that the collision occurred due tofog,” police said. The truck was coming from Bharatpur and the tractor was coming from Dholpur loaded with Chambal sand.
Meanwhile, a farmer died while three other farmers injured in Jaisalmer when a roadways bus carrying students of Navodaya Vidyalaya hit a tractor trolley carrying fertiliser sacks. tnn
