Drugs Controller General Of India: Three Flee From Juvenile Home, Police Launch Search Operation | Jaipur News

Jaipur: The Jaipur police launched a search operation on Friday after three inmates fled from the juvenile observation home near Sethi Colony under the Transport Nagar police station area on Thursday night. Preliminary investigations have revealed that the inmates escaped by accessing the building’s terrace and cutting through an iron net.
The incident came to light on Friday morning when staff members conducted a headcount and realized that three inmates were missing. Transport Nagar police station was promptly informed.
Despite a frantic search operation by the police, the inmates could not be located until late at night. Sources suggest that some inmates had been quietly planning their escape for several days. In response to the incident, the Jaipur police issued an alert to all police stations regarding the escape.
Authorities said they were diligently to track down inmates. This incident has again raised concerns about inadequate security measures at the observation home, as similar incidents have occurred in the past. In June, 15 inmates were successful in evading security measures and escape, raising questions about the effectiveness of the facility’s security protocols.
